At H.O.B Gallery, every framed and unframed artwork is handled with care and attention.

 

Because each piece is either bespoke, original, or made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind after purchase.

Refunds
& Exchanges

(Faulty or Damaged Items Only)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily offer a refund or replacement.

 

To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Please provide clear photographs of the damage or issue.

  • We may ask you to return the faulty item (at no cost to you).

Once the item is inspected and confirmed,

we will issue either:

  • A full refund (to your original payment method), or

  • A replacement/exchange, depending on your preference and product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom commissions, personalised artwork, and bespoke framing are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

  • Normal variations in texture, colour, or finish are part of the creative process and are not considered faults.
